Project: Any Broken Nerd

Objective: Design, build and maintain a website for a couple of guys running a small T-Shirt company based in Birmingham in the UK called Any Broken Nerd. The main objective was to build a simple online shop using the Worldwide payment platform Paypal.

A few words about the project: One of the main objectives with this website was to build something that was both simple and eye catching. To have consistency, we used graphics like those on the T-Shirt prints.

Most of the site was build using HTML/CSS but also has some flash elements to it too. The site once had an into animation but we recently decided against the idea and took it out due to the sites speed. We wanted it to be a fast loading site and this animation was just simply unnecessary and not needed.

The Any Broken Nerd website has also undergone a few more recent changes. We added a brand new shop with new designs including the addition of hoodies. We also replaced a the old front page graphic with a new one.

Since the launch, the Any Broken Nerd website has a significant amount of traffic every month and is increasing all the time.
